WorkLife Celebrates International Women’s Day 2024

Each year WorkLife hosts a special lunch to celebrate International Women’s Day. This year we will be hosting THREE beautiful lunches- (at WorkLife Coledale, Berry and Picton!

Proudly, this will be WorkLife’s eighth annual lunch, and our fourth IWD event in Coledale.

For those who haven’t been to a WorkLife IWD event before- we break the mould a little – no VIP speakers- just a graciously facilitated opportunity to gather as a community of women juggling work and life, take stock, celebrate the challenges and cheer each other on.

This lunch is a beautiful chance to invest in ourselves and believe in each other.

Each year our guests, even the introverts, leave the event blown away by the depth of talent in the community, buoyed from having made new local connections.

The Unesco International Women’s Day Theme for 2024 is “Count her in: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress.”

So please join us in celebrating and recognising the contribution we make as women to improving gender equality and ensuring a sustainable future for ourselves and our future generations.

Drinks options included are a glass of Prosecco on arrival, wine and a two course lunch.
We also pride ourselves on our non-alcoholic drinks range too- so if you’re not up for alcohol, we have you covered too!

To make the most of the day out for the first time this year we will be adding an optional Morning Vision Boarding Workshop to the program. Join us for a creative and purposeful morning of vision boarding with Lucy Kippist from @heartvisionboards and discover the power of visualisation, set intentions, and craft your 2024 vision with clarity and purpose.

Through Lucy’s process of guided meditation, journaling, and creative expression, over 3 hours you’ll tap into your own inner wisdom and inspiration. Come along, get your scissors out and craft a board that will then guide actionable steps to turn your inner dreams into your 2024 reality.
