It’s been a whirlwind few weeks here at WorkLife Berry, and i’m excited to share the highlights with you!

First up, last week marked the inaugural Berry Business Awards, where WorkLife Berry was nominated for both “Outstanding Professional Service” and “MVP Community Supporter.” Happily we were runner up for one category and enjoyed a fantastic evening celebrating our town’s small businesses and reconnecting with familiar faces. A special shoutout to the delicious food from Angie’s Table, which received rave reviews!

Then, we had the honour of attending the Shoalhaven Business Awards at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. This black-tie gala is a significant event for South Coast businesses, and we’re overjoyed to announce that WorkLife won the “Best Small Business” award! It’s a tremendous recognition of the hard work we’ve all put in, especially during these challenging times for regional businesses. Founder Kate, along with WorkLife colleagues Holly and Zar, proudly accepted the award from Tom at Dynamic Tradies, a sponsor of the event and fellow WorkLife member—a delightful touch of serendipity!

Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for our next WorkLife team 90-day planning session. It’s hard to believe it’s already been three months since our last one! These sessions are invaluable for reflecting on our progress, achievements, and setting our sights on the next quarter.
