Community and Background
Can you tell us a bit about your journey to the Coledale/Berry community? How did you end up here and what attracted you to this community?
After working across various industries (from luxury beauty to First Nations-led design studios), I craved a more balanced, fulfilling work-life setup. The charm and energy of the Berry/Picton/Coledale communities were a big draw – places that celebrate both productivity and creativity.
Living on the South Coast and working remotely gives me the best of both worlds—access to nature, a slower pace, and a thriving business community. But with work often pulling me to Sydney, WorkLife has been the perfect in-between stopover. It gives me a professional space to focus when I need a break from working at home, a spot to connect with other professionals, and a productive base when I’m traveling for meetings.
I first joined WorkLife as a member in Coledale, later moving to Berry, and over the years, it’s been a key part of my work-life balance. Now, I’m excited to step in and support Kate while she focuses on her Kate 4 Gilmore federal election campaign— and help keep the WorkLife community thriving during this exciting time!
Business and Entrepreneurship
Tell us about your work. How and when did you decide to start it, and what motivated you to take the plunge into entrepreneurship or remote work?
Elite Support Studio was born out of my passion for helping businesses run better. After years of leading operations and seeing firsthand how inefficiencies hold companies back, I decided to build a business that empowers leaders to scale smartly. My approach is hands-on, helping businesses refine their processes, implement automation, and create workflows that actually work – without all the overwhelm!
What does work-life balance look like for you? How do you manage the demands of work while ensuring time for family and personal life?
For me, balance means flexibility and structure in the right amounts. It’s about knowing when to hustle and when to rest. I carve out dedicated work hours (with clear boundaries) and make time for hobbies, movement, and unplugged moments. My tip? Batch your tasks, set clear priorities, and schedule downtime like it’s a non-negotiable meeting.
In your industry, what recent disruptions or transitions have had the most significant impact on your business?
The shift to remote work, automation, and AI-driven systems has transformed how businesses operate. More companies now realise they don’t need a massive corporate office to succeed – but they do need streamlined workflows and strong team communication. Helping businesses transition to more efficient, automated models has been a huge focus for me.
Personal Life
Outside of work, what are your hobbies and passions? How do you like to spend your time when you’re not focused on business or family?
When I’m not deep in business workflows or automation, you’ll probably find me at the beach, soaking up the sun, or going for a long walk to reset. I have a habit of reading multiple books at once—one for mindset, one for business, and one just for fun (because balance, right?).
I’m also really passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs and love being part of networks that help women grow their businesses without burnout. Plus, having worked closely with First Nations-led enterprises, I’m always inspired by the incredible work being done in that space—real impact, real community-driven change.
How do you maintain boundaries between work and personal life? Any top tips?
Turn off notifications! Set “office hours” and create an end-of-day ritual to signal the switch from work to personal time. (Oh, and never, ever check emails in bed.)
Home and Lifestyle
What is your taste like? Do you have a favourite item of furniture or object in your home? Anything that has special significance or tells a story about you?
I love spaces that feel warm, functional, and effortlessly inviting. My favourite part of my home? My native cottage garden—it’s a little sanctuary that brings me peace.
What do you like/appreciate about the design at WorkLife? Any favourite touches or things that make you feel at home when you are at work?
I love how WorkLife blends calm, creative, and homey vibes . The aesthetic is warm and welcoming but spacious at the same time – the kind of place where ideas flow easily.
If you were to showcase the best of the local lifestyle to visiting friends, where would you take them and why?
Easys Coffee Shop in Berry – Great coffee and community vibes!
Wombarra Rock Pool – Perfect spot to unwind and soak in some vitamin-sea.
Productivity and Time Management
What’s your go-to productivity hack? How do you stay organised and efficient, especially with multiple responsibilities?
-The Power Hour Rule – I start my day with one focused hour of deep work before checking emails or getting distracted by notifications. It’s a game-changer for getting important tasks done before the day gets chaotic.
-Monday.com – I swear by Monday.com for keeping everything organised. It’s my go-to platform for project management, tracking tasks, and keeping workflows smooth (especially when juggling multiple clients and responsibilities). It makes delegation easy and keeps everything in one place—so nothing falls through the cracks!
Benefits of WorkLife Membership
Lastly, what’s been the most valuable aspect of being a member at WorkLife for you and your work?
The biggest perk? A community of like-minded professionals. WorkLife isn’t just a place to work – it’s a hub of inspiration, support, and collaboration. Plus, no more working from the couch in pajamas (well, most of the time).
